Having now reached the age of 60 I wish to dedicate a greater part of my time to realizing projects and ideals that have had to take a back seat in the past 40 years. Those years which were spent working mainly on advertising and commercial photographic commissions. Very important years. But now even the side-lined projects will get their chance to profile themselves.
My inspiration comes from the fascination of contemplating Nature. I want to capture it as it is; from all possible angles; in all possible lights and conditions; in all possible formats using all possible advanced technology but never once tampering with Nature itself – that must remain pure and unadulterated.
I want to create simple images that engrave themselves in the mind – to bring the outside inside – to precipitate reactions of all shades and hues …
